How should I show my Charmingly Brunette pieces some TLC? 

Caring for your new piece is simple. Just clean gently with water and a mild liquid soap. For apparel, hand wash or follow the care instructions. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, shipping is free internationally. 

Please note as the customer you are responsible for all taxes and import duties. There are many options available for you to choose a shipping speed that works best for you. 

 Are there returns or exchanges?  
No returns or exchanges. STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit can be used to exchange it for another size. Store credit will be returned minus the processing fees.
